Prop firms whose payouts run weekly, daily or on demand after the first withdrawal, with each program's first-payout rule, ongoing frequency, split at that frequency and methods, plus the buffers, caps and consistency checks that apply.
This guide explains how Lucid Trading pays traders on its LucidFlex funded accounts, with notes on LucidPro: when you qualify, how much you can take per request, the 90/10 split, the five-payout limit and the payout methods. We checked November 2026 against Lucid's help-center articles, using the facts in our Lucid Trading review. We could not reach Lucid's main website at the time, so pricing and company details are not verified; the payout rules below come from the help center.

When is the first payout?
LucidFlex has no fixed payout window. You can request on any day once two conditions are met in the current cycle:
- You have hit the minimum daily profit on five separate days: $100, $150, $200 or $250 by size (25K to 150K).
- The cycle's net profit is positive.
There is no payout buffer and no consistency rule on the LucidFlex funded account. That makes Lucid one of the more flexible futures firms for a first payout, though the 50% and dollar caps limit the size.
LucidPro works differently. It needs a buffer of the initial loss limit plus $100, a minimum cycle profit and a 40% consistency check on each payout, with caps of $1,000 to $3,500.
How often can you withdraw?
After each request, a new cycle begins and you need five more qualifying days. You can take up to five payouts per LucidFlex account before it moves live. Funded accounts follow a scaling plan, so a 50K starts at 2 minis and reaches 4 minis at $2,000 of profit; a 150K starts at 4 minis and reaches 10 at $4,500.
A household can hold up to five funded accounts and up to ten evaluation and funded accounts combined.
Profit split explained
LucidFlex pays 90/10. Accounts bought or reset before November 28, 2025 kept 100% of the first $10,000; newer accounts are 90/10 from the start.
Worked example (100K LucidFlex). After five qualifying days, cycle profit is $6,000.
- 50% of profit is $6,000 × 0.50 = $3,000, but the 100K cap is $2,500, so the request is $2,500.
- At 90%, you receive $2,500 × 0.90 = $2,250.
The cap ceiling. Because caps do not rise and you get five payouts before the account moves live, the most a 100K can pay out on the sim stage is 5 × $2,500 = $12,500 gross, or $11,250 at 90%. On a 50K, it is 5 × $2,000 × 0.90 = $9,000, and on a 150K, $13,500. Our profit calculator can run other figures.
Payout methods and fees
- Plaid: US bank transfers.
- WorkMarket by ADP: US and international bank transfer, or PayPal.
- Crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC, for international traders.
Funds leave the account within minutes of approval and reach you within two business days. Our review does not list method fees, so check with the provider. Requests are final once submitted.
Rules that can block or reduce a payout
- Balance before processing: a trade that drops your balance below the requirement before the request is processed can get it denied. Consider staying flat until it clears.
- Drawdown: the EOD trailing max loss limit locks at the starting balance plus $100 ($25,100, $50,100, $100,100 or $150,100) once the balance passes the initial trail balance. After it locks, a withdrawal moves your balance closer to that fixed floor. See static vs trailing drawdown.
- Daily loss: optional on LucidFlex (chosen at checkout); fixed on LucidPro and LucidDirect.
- News: allowed on LucidFlex, LucidPro and LucidDirect; a hard breach on LucidDaily.
- Hedging: hedging across accounts is strictly prohibited, and opposite positions in the same contract within one account are not allowed. Automated systems and copiers are permitted if they follow the rules.
- Session close: positions are closed at 4:45 PM Eastern each weekday; there is no overnight or weekend holding.
- Inactivity: accounts without at least $1 of net profit or loss in 30 calendar days are removed.
- Eligibility and KYC: Lucid restricts 82 countries and regions by citizenship or residency. The page does not describe KYC steps, so check before your first request.
Step-by-step: how to request a payout
- Count five days at or above your size's minimum daily profit in the current cycle, and check cycle profit is positive.
- Work out 50% of profit and compare it with your size's cap; the request must be at least $500.
- Close positions and avoid trades that could drop your balance below the requirement before processing.
- Submit the request from your dashboard. Requests are final.
- Choose Plaid, WorkMarket (bank or PayPal) or crypto.
- Expect funds within two business days of approval.
Before you request a payout checklist
- Check where your balance sits against the locked floor with our drawdown calculator.
- Confirm your five qualifying days and positive cycle profit.
- Estimate your take-home at 90% with the profit calculator.
- Track how many of your five payouts you have used.
- Have your payout method ready for your country.
