Prop firms whose payouts run weekly, daily or on demand after the first withdrawal, with each program's first-payout rule, ongoing frequency, split at that frequency and methods, plus the buffers, caps and consistency checks that apply.
Lucid Trading and My Funded Futures (MFFU) are close competitors: both sell one-time evaluations with no activation fee, both lock the drawdown at the starting balance plus $100, and both pay 90% on their headline funded product. MFFU is our top-ranked futures firm and publishes headline prices; Lucid documents its rules well in its help center, but its main site, where prices are shown, would not load during our November 2026 checks.

FundedTime scores
Lucid Trading scores 7.4/10 (#7 in our futures rankings). My Funded Futures scores 8.4/10 (#1 in our futures rankings). Scores reflect our published methodology, including how much we could verify, and are not a guarantee of results.
Pricing and fees
Lucid confirms a one-time fee with "no subscription and no automatic rebilling", no activation fee, and resets bought from the dashboard, but no dollar prices were available to us. Add-ons such as the optional daily loss limit and the 50% consistency option are chosen at checkout and may change the price.
MFFU shows one headline price per plan, likely the 50K tier: Builder $153, Rapid $209, Rapid EOD $225 and Pro $265, with "current promotion" prices of $92, $125, $135 and $159. Activation is $0 on every plan. The reset fee is not published. Neither firm refunds fees on passing.
Rules and drawdown
Targets match on 50K to 150K ($3,000, $6,000, $9,000); on 25K Lucid's is $1,250 against MFFU's $1,500. Drawdowns match on every size: $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500.
LucidFlex trails the end-of-day balance and locks at the starting balance plus $100 once you pass the initial trail balance ($103,100 on 100K). MFFU's Builder, Rapid EOD and Pro also trail EOD; Rapid trails intraday, including unrealized gains. MFFU locks at the starting balance plus $100 once the buffer is built (Pro ties the lock to the first approved payout).
Daily loss limits: LucidFlex's is optional at checkout and its amount is not published; MFFU Builder has a soft pause of $600 to $2,500, and Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro have none. Consistency: LucidFlex uses 40% in the evaluation (50% with the add-on) and none once funded. MFFU Rapid and Pro use 50% in evaluation only, Rapid EOD 30%, and Builder none in evaluation but 50% on each payout cycle.
News and automation differ. Lucid allows news trading on LucidFlex, LucidPro and LucidDirect, and permits bots and trade copiers. MFFU bans positions from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after Tier 1 releases on Rapid and Pro funded accounts, and bans copying between traders, HFT and hedging. Lucid bans cross-account hedging and opposite positions in the same contract. Both require positions flat before the daily session close.
Worked example: 100K evaluation and first payout
Both start at $100,000 with a $6,000 target and a $3,000 drawdown (floor $97,000).
Consistency. Suppose your days are +$1,500, +$2,800, +$1,700. Total $6,000; best day $2,800. On LucidFlex, $2,800 ÷ $6,000 = 46.7%, above 40%, so you keep trading until total profit reaches $2,800 ÷ 0.40 = $7,000. On MFFU Rapid's 50% rule you pass on day 3 (46.7% is under 50%). On MFFU Builder there is no evaluation rule, and Builder's 100K soft daily limit of $1,750 did not apply here because there were no losing days.
First payout. On LucidFlex 100K, after five days of $200 or more with $4,000 of profit, you can request 50% of profit, $2,000, under the $2,500 cap. At 90% that pays $1,800. On MFFU Rapid, the same $2,000 request (above the $500 minimum, once the buffer is met) also pays $1,800. On MFFU Builder 100K, the minimum is $1,000 and the cycle cap $3,000; a $2,000 request pays $1,600 at 80%.
The difference shows up later: Lucid caps each LucidFlex request at $1,000 to $3,000 and allows five payouts before live, while MFFU Rapid pays daily without a published per-request cap on the pages we read.
Payouts
LucidFlex: request any day after five qualifying days in the cycle with positive net profit; $500 minimum; 50% of profit, capped by size; 90/10 split; no buffer; funds within two business days via Plaid (US), WorkMarket (bank or PayPal) or crypto. Accounts bought after November 28, 2025 no longer get 100% of the first $10,000.
MFFU (policy dated August 2026): Rapid pays daily from 24 hours after the first trade once the buffer and minimum are met, at 90%. Builder pays every 48 hours at 80% with caps of $1,000 to $3,500 and five sim payouts before live review. Pro pays every 14 days at 80% with a $1,000 minimum. Methods are Riseworks and Plaid/ACH (US). See the Lucid Trading payout guide and My Funded Futures payout guide.
Platforms and US access
Lucid supports more platforms: NinjaTrader, Tradovate and TradingView on CQG, and Quantower, Sierra Chart, ATAS, Bookmap, MotiveWave and others on Rithmic. MFFU lists Tradovate, Quantower, DeepChart and Hyperprop. Both accept US traders; Lucid restricts 82 countries and MFFU 89. We could not verify Lucid's legal entity or headquarters.
Who each firm suits
Lucid Trading
Traders who want EOD drawdown on the funded account with no buffer and no consistency rule, who use TradingView or a Rithmic platform, or who run a copier.
My Funded Futures
Traders who want published prices, a choice of payout cadence and the highest Trustpilot score in our futures set (4.9 on 22,691 reviews).
Which should you choose if…
- …you trade news: Lucid, which allows it on LucidFlex.
- …you want daily payouts at 90%: MFFU Rapid, accepting intraday drawdown, or LucidFlex with EOD drawdown and any-day requests.
- …you have one big day per week: MFFU Builder (no evaluation rule) or Lucid with the 50% add-on.
- …you want to see the price first: MFFU.
Bottom line
MFFU scores 8.4/10 and Lucid 7.4/10. On a 100K account their headline rules and payouts are almost interchangeable; MFFU's lead comes from published pricing and reputation, Lucid's appeal from platform choice and news freedom.
