Prop firms whose payouts run weekly, daily or on demand after the first withdrawal, with each program's first-payout rule, ongoing frequency, split at that frequency and methods, plus the buffers, caps and consistency checks that apply.
Prop firms change their rules often, and the change usually applies only to accounts bought after a set date. Two traders on the same plan can therefore be on different rules. This tracker lists every dated rule, fee and product change we found when we re-checked all 21 firms we cover in November 2026.
How we track changes. Each entry comes from our firm reviews, which we check against the firm's official site, help center and published rule updates. Where an official page states the change and its start date, we mark it Official. Where the change comes only from a third-party tracker or review site, we mark it Third-party reported and say if the official pages we could reach still showed older terms. Two entries give a day and month without a year; we list them as written.

Dates are the purchase or opening dates the firms give. Firms do not always date their updates, so an undated change may still apply.
Firm by firm
Goat Funded Trader
GFT made the most dated changes of any firm we track: five between June and October 2026. Resets arrived in June, the funded payout requirement rose to four profitable days in July, and October brought a VPN and VPS ban, a shorter 60-second hold time, a win-versus-loss trade size rule and a copier restriction. Read the Goat Funded Trader review.
Earn2Trade
Earn2Trade published two rule updates. July removed the 10-day minimum in favour of a 30% consistency rule, and November replaced the Progression Ladder with fixed contract limits. Earn2Trade says rules are not applied retroactively. See the Earn2Trade review.
FTMO
FTMO's 1-Step now measures consistency against total closed profit rather than the sum of profitable days, for orders from 12 October 2026. Our consistency rules guide explains the maths, and the FTMO review has the full rulebook.
Apex Trader Funding
Apex has the longest list, but every Apex entry above is third-party reported. Trackers describe a March 2026 product replacement, a May pricing change and an October legacy rule change, while the official pages we could reach still showed older terms and the help center would not load. Treat them as unconfirmed. See the Apex Trader Funding review.
Blue Guardian
Blue Guardian added a fee refund on the fourth payout in January 2026, lowered the 1 Step target to 9% and cut the 2-step minimum to three profitable days for accounts bought from 20 August. Read the Blue Guardian review.
FundingPips
FundingPips withdrew the 10% Phase 1 option on 2 Step Standard on 24 July 2026, changed minimum days on 2 Step Pro and Flex for accounts bought after 26 August, and has applied temporary dynamic leverage on Master accounts since March. See the FundingPips review.
TradeDay
Fast Pass funded accounts opened from 26 July 2026 have lower payout caps and apply the 45% consistency rule to gross profit. Quick Pay is unaffected. See the TradeDay review.
Bulenox
The August 2026 relaunch added Fast Track and Momentum, dropped the 250K size and ended monthly billing for new original accounts. The products are on the official site; the 17 August date comes from reporting at the time. See the Bulenox review.
Other firms
FundedNext stopped selling new cTrader accounts to US clients on 31 March 2026. Take Profit Trader moved new PRO+ accounts to an EOD drawdown for accounts opened since 30 June. Secondary news sites reported a September 2026 change to The5ers High Stakes pricing and risk limits that we could not confirm on the official page. Two older changes still matter for anyone buying now: Lucid Trading dropped its 100%-of-first-$10,000 split after 28 November 2025, and Tradeify uses a stepped Lightning consistency rule for accounts bought after 12 September 2025.
Two firms changed products in 2026 without a date we could pin down: Funded Trading Plus replaced its program lineup, and Alpha Futures has changed plan names and terms several times.
How to check a rule before you buy
- Find the dated rule page. Most firms publish rules in a help center. Look for an "updated" date and any line that says "for accounts purchased on or after".
- Match the rule to your purchase date. If you already hold an account, your rules usually follow the date you bought it, not today's page.
- Read the checkout page last. Prices, add-ons and promotions appear there first. If the checkout and the rule page disagree, ask support in writing before paying.
- Check the rules that cost money. Drawdown type, daily loss limit, consistency rule and payout caps decide whether you get paid. Model them with the drawdown calculator and compare firms in the comparison tool.
- Treat third-party reports as leads. Confirm them on the firm's own pages.

FAQ
Do prop firm rule changes apply to accounts I already own?
Usually not. Most of the changes in this tracker apply to accounts bought or opened after a set date, and older accounts keep their original rules. Earn2Trade, for example, says its rules are not applied retroactively. Check the wording of each update.
Which prop firm changed its rules most in 2026?
Among the firms we track, Goat Funded Trader made the most officially dated changes, five between June and October 2026. Apex Trader Funding has more reported changes, but those come from third-party trackers and were not confirmed on its official pages.
What changed in FTMO's 1-Step consistency rule?
For 1-Step orders created on or after 12 October 2026, your best day's profit must be 50% or less of total closed profit. Older orders use the legacy Best Day Rule. Breaking the rule is not a breach; you keep trading until the ratio falls below 50%.
What does "third-party reported" mean in this tracker?
It means the change comes from a change tracker or review site rather than the firm's own pages. We list these as leads, and say when the official pages still showed older terms.
How often is the tracker updated?
We update it when we re-check firms for our reviews. This version reflects checks made in November 2026.
